Producer Code

To manage waste in accordance with current regulations, it is essential to have the NIMA or the Producer Code provided by the corresponding waste agency.

Acceptance / Prior Notice Form

In the case of hazardous waste, it is mandatory to register one of these documents with the corresponding waste agency, depending on the quantity and type of waste.

Treatment Contract

Document to be formalized between Producer and Operator of the waste in which the characteristics of the waste and the data of the parties are detailed, as well as the treatment route. It does not imply any purchase or service obligation.

Waste Labeling

To ensure safety in the transport of waste and its handling and treatment, the waste must be correctly labeled, with product identification and hazard identification codes.
